We are always looking for ways to be greener and want to share some of our ideas with you whether you are an individual or a business. If you have any greener ways of working please let us know so that we can share them with others. Here are a few of the things that we do.

• Whenever possible all of the paper we recieve is recycled – we even remove the windows from envelopes so that they can be recycled.
• When we do send post we aim to ensure that it is sent in a non-window envelope so that you can easily be recycled.
•  Our web based system means that any documentation scanned can be stored and avaliable to anybody authorised to view it saving on unneccessary printing.
• We aim to communicate via e-mail and our internal secure messaging service where possibe. This means that we can reduce the amount of paperwork that we produce. Documents can now be stored on the your secure individual website to be viewed whenever required.
• We ensure that all computers, monitors and printers are switch off at night to save energy. Because our back office systems are run by a third party we can utilise their secure server systems meaning we do not have to run our own server.
